  : I checked out, and I was staying with a guest. We both left. Somehow the guest got back into the room and Motel six charged me on my credit card even though I wasn’t there. And I had checked out I had signed off on the bill me and my guest were gone so I don’t know how they got back into the room or why I got charged again.

  : The staff was responsive and after many issues we were given a 30% discount for our difficulties.
  : The first room we were given had water all over the bathroom floor. We were moved to a different room and the shower was not very clean, the sheets had horrible dark marks/stains. After contacting the desk, they provided clean linens but I had to change them myself. The next morning I took a shower at 5 am and there was no hot water.

  : Was a good place for rest. Clean and convenient.
  : Ice machine not working. Pool closed. Toilet seat was very loose. TV was not good at all, only 5 channels and there were white spots on the screen. Shower curtain was missing some hooks.

  : Nothing.. had good ACi n the small room.
  : Everything. Bed was a full to small..bed was uncomfortable .No ice machine no pool available, TV only got about 10 to 20 channels maybe,, noisy, no fridge, no microwave, no nice clean towels, no breakfast, no manger but all the regular pleasent trying to help staff . Sloppy,. ateria,. No uniform. No badges or name tags .

  : We were grateful for being put in a room away from the smokers. The air conditioner worked, and we did get get good wifi.
  : When we walked into the office, the kid was on the phone, talking quietly to someone and ignoring us. I could understand this if it was business, but it wasn't. The first thing he said was, "You can't use the pool. I could understand it if something was wrong with the pool beyond the maintenance guys control, but we couldn't use it, just because he didn't shock it to make it safe to swim in. Also, he said that the TV and wifi were spotty and there was no ice. You couldn't get any station to come in. The towels and wash cloths were stained, and the thought of using them was gross, simply because it wasn't our stains but someone else's. It was extremely hot outside, and we were really looking forward to the pool. Very disappointing.
