Couldn't connect to the Internet using hotel WiFi with vpn, which is unfortunate as it forces guests to compromise their cybersecurity by switching off their vpn if they need to use the hotel wifi.For those concerned about online security, you may be better off disabling your wifi and using a vpn with your data connection when staying here. Depending on your data contract, this could add to the total cost of staying here..2. Prices have risen steadily but, as with many organizations, the standard of the accommodation and service is still pretty much the same, other than we saw less staff than on previous stays. From a customer perspective, it's better to demonstrate enhanced value when increasing prices. 3. Soap and shampoo dispensers need servicing4. 1 bedside light didn't work5. For guests on multi-night stays, the hotel has made daily room housekeeping the exception rather than the norm. Signage invites guests to request a "room refresh" by a certain time of day. This suggests that the "Please clean my room" door card may be surplus to requirements. Referring back to item 2 above, even a simple and quick change of towels would be a worthwhile gesture as there isn't really place to dry multiple towels in the bathroom.
