  : My room was right next to the freeway. I could hardly sleep all night with the traffic and being there alone up against the freeway, made me a little nervous.

  : The quality of the room was excellent for the price. The manager was responsive to requests. The staff responsible for the breakfast buffet kept it well-stocked and clean.

  : Location is convenient for me. Access with one driveway to side road seems too restricted possibly a safety concern, esp in case of fire or accident at that single entry point. Another easement to roadway is advisable.Recently renovated rooms are spotless. There is now a bagel bar for breakfast. Room i got had a two seat couch and a work table with a really convenient swing out section to make an L desk the padded stool made this space most handy for laptop work. Led lighting in All fixtures, bright and balanced. AC units blow KOLD!
  : Previously at this location, they had microwaves & coffee makers in each room. Those are gone, bad move!! Now ya have to go to lobby to use a common microwave or get coffee / hot water, well hot enough for tea anyway. Booking.com seems to be reversing last and first names on the reservation. Frustrating but recurrent issue, fix that! I knew many of the staff that used to work here, now that its a Hilton subsidiary those people were not seen by me over my two day stay. Current staff were cordial enough, but it felt forced, like they had to be, not because they wanted to be. A much younger staff, perhaps using this job as a stepping stone to the next. Previous staff seemed to me to be much more personable & relational without making it feel forced, like they enjoyed what they were doing and chatting with customers as they had desk encounters be it ck in / out or passing through. How do you put a price on that? You get what you pay for Hilton mgmnt. I'm not impressed. I bet the new crew are underpaid, lacking in experience perhaps but more importantly it seems incentive. Some interpersonal skills training may be helpful.
