  : The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and feels immediately like home. We appreciated the "no shoes" policy, the use of the garage, and the great kids area downstairs. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is large enough for multiple cooks and helpers. Great view of Redmond, Smith rocks, and the area. Nice walks nearby. Didn't get an opportunity to use the bikes, but appreciated the good quality and the bike trailer, would definitely use them in the spring. Location is convenient to Redmond, Sisters, and skiing. We took the wee tots up to the Santiam snow park for sledding, had a good time especially knowing the house was less then an hour away.
  : There were a few issues, which we dealt with on our own rather than calling someone, so had no interaction with staff. A key light was out over the stove, pot handles dangerously loose, hot water barely warm, etc. House was semi-clean, had been swept but not mopped in baths and kitchen. Would have been nice to have a guide book for the house telling guests how to... such as the sound system, etc. Pretty barren on consumables, spices, not even salt and pepper. But we expected that, so left garbage bags, paper towels, etc for the next guests. Would have loved to have remotes for the garage, but understand those tend to disappear. Garbage was half full and recycling was completely full on arrival. Might want to upgrade one more bedroom TV. Oh, back griddle burner on stove is out, will not light. Broken dining room chair is a lawsuit waiting to happen, fortunately we had a lightweight sit in it and discover that it was broken without incident.
