: Very close to the amenities in the village. The studio had a well equipped kitchen. Living area and bedrooms comfortable.
: Some of the glasses and cutlery were dirty and extractor fans werent clean and bathroom one didnt work. Didnt see any staff so cannot really comment on how the staff were.

: With no outside area to sit maybe a bench would be good.

: Comfortable accommodation all on one floor, with a big kitchen area and dining space. Very quiet odf the road location.All appliances included, such as washing machine and dishwasher, plus hairdryer ahs iron. Very handy stove in the lounge that I used to dry some cloths.

: Location ideal. Reeth is a lovely place to visit.
: Lighting - bathroom bit dark on a night. Would have been helpful if shaving socket light worked. Only inset ceiling lights in the sitting room. Standard light for reading and another couple of lamps would have been ideal for reading and giving a more cosy ambience at nighttime as downlighters rather harsh. Dressing table, seat and mirror in both bedrooms would, I'm sure, be appreciated by most ladies for hair and makeup

: It would have been nice to have a seat outside the front door and a bigger mirror in the bedroom. Also we suggested a handrail for the steps up to the front door as they are hazardous for elderly, but this hasn't been done.

: Warm and comfortable, very peaceful place too . Would definitely stay here again
: No garden but lots of local walks so wasnt too much of an issue.
