  : Very bright room, cute little kitchen. The water in the bathroom was warm.
  : That the owners didn't wear a mask when they met us and used the elevator with us. The elevator is about 1 square meler. The key was not in the key box, so they had to meet us. Luckily i had their email address with me. The room was okay but the carpet in the hall way was really old and my daughter refused to walk barefoot on it. The room was definitely smaller than in the picture. Apparently we had a different apartment. The mattress for the third bed was stained and the mattress of the bed was very soft with bumps. The shower head was attached to the wall one meter above the ground, so no real shower. Imo, way overpriced.

  : We booked this ages ago for one night after a long drive, and were a bit worried when re-reading the reviews, and dealing with keys, location, parking and registration in the middle of the night. In fact our worries were unfounded: it wasnt the most attractive of locations, but everything worked smoothly and once we arrived in the flat we found it clean, welcoming and with good wi-fi. It was nice to be able to fix ourselves some breakfast in the morning, the lift worked well, the shower and bath were perfectly adequate with plenty of hot water, the fridge-freezer was useful and it was sensible to have a clear parking space for 5 extra. There were roll-down blinds for all the windows to make the room dark for sleeping. Its a new experience for us to be on the 7th floor in a block of flats, and there was indeed a garden view! Getting into the centre of Regensburg was easy by car, although some town plans for visitors to use would have been useful.
  : There was a kettle - yesssss! - but it didnt work - oh drat!There was an attractive balcony with table and chairs, but we couldnt open the door to it, as it seemed to come off its hinges! There was only a bit of pigeon muck in one corner.It would have been helpful to be sure that the flat was on 7th floor with the lift, on the right as you come out, with APPARTEMENT GARDENVIEW on the door!The beds mattress was very soft and not so comfortable for two adults.
