  : It was a central location for exploring the area.The bathroom was nice.
  : As a holiday home a sink estate is not the best location. The welcome pack link didn't work, we spent the first night without hot water as we couldn't find out how to turn it on, we did eventually sort it.Garden overgrown for the last many years so sitting outside in the wonderful weather wasn't an option. It was superficially clean inside.I don't think it was good value for what I paid.

  : It was a place to stay for the week but would have checked out to a hotel if a refund was possible.
  : Sort the smell out, there must be a damp problem. Apartment smelt of damp and mold. It was cold and damp, no heating or hot water, eventually got the water working. TV didn't work, had to go and buy a curtain for the bedroom as curtain didn't cover the window enough. Was going to stay in hotel but decided as it was paid for make the best of it. Would not recommend staying again. This is the comments from the gentleman who stayed. I sent a message on the Monday night and did not get a reply.

  : Easy to check in. Good sized accommodation. Smart TV and WiFi available. Close to shops.
  : Outside bins overflowing - nowhere to put our waste. Noisy street late at night.

  : The staff were lovely
  : The Tv did not work properly, and there were no Instrucions for heating, There was a missing mattress, and the couch was disgusting also dining chairs broken and a huge cracked floor tile in bathroom which was a hazard.

  : Nothing the room was a mess. bloody linens, missing mattress, dirty towels, toothbrush, & contact lenses laying around. Not even close to pictures on line.
