Disappointing

  : Breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable. There was parking onsite and the location is very central to everything.
  : When we parked the car we came across two people trying to access the hotel through the underground car park. They were buzzing an unanswered intercom. We left and went in the main door. As we were checking in the other guests arrived and were explaining the issue to the concierge who gave a very dismissive response. I realised this wasn't a good omen. Our room was ok as I had booked it that day I expected it to cost a little more however, it was so hot in the room we couldn't sleep. There was air conditioning but it didn't appear to work - on check out we found out that air conditioning had been turned off throughout the building ( €206 for a room that you can't sleep in was too much to pay). There was a window you could open only so far with a panel on the outside to stop the noise from the street and there was another glazing outside that - which magnified the heat. We were on the 5th floor. It was just crazy not to be able to sleep due to the heat in that room. When we checked out and said that we couldn't sleep due to the heat - we were told the information would be passed onto the hotel manager.

  : Room was a good size.
  : Significant dust in the room, next to the bed sideboards. No second mirror in the main room. As I walked into the hotel, a man was peeing against the wall in the street, right next to the hotel.
