  : I recently had the misfortune of stating in this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant stay. The staff's demeanour was rude, leaving a sour taste in my mouth from the start.To make matters worse, my room was infested with bed bugs. These pests had turned what should have been a comfortable nights sleep into an itchy, restless ordeal. We noticed this around 1am and immediately notified the front desk, however no one was there so I rang their "Emergency" 24hr contact numbers with no answer after various attempts. I even whatsapped them and they had seen it but never replied. We could not sleep in that bed so that night I went to a different hotel and paid from our own pockets. Th next morning I asked for my money back or even pay for the other hotel we went to but nothing. The owners refused.The lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff throughout this ordeal was truly disappointing. I strong advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. There are plenty of other hotels nearby and much better.

  : No food nearby. Cost is too high based on facilities provided

  : Room clean and comfortable.
  : There is no restaurant for an evening meal. I was charged for parking but did not have a car. I did not realise this on check out as I had a taxi waiting. It took some time to get this charge refunded to my account.

  : Was in the area for a wedding and the hotel was value for money. Check-in and check out were simple and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel also had enough parking space which was important for us as we were driving there. The hotel's parking also had electric charging for vehicles it seems but I did not use it.
  : Although there were enough parking space, the spaces were fairly tight, so a large car might find it hard to park.
