  : Location is great, if you are on budget especially food and prefer to make your own sandwich the grocery store is next to the building. Also,close to bus stop 12. Thirty minutes walk to the city center.
  : You can never see a staff if you have to ask something.! Also, my check out is 11:30 a.m. but at 11:00 a.m.the front door is already open which I think they're telling you to move out.

  : We stayed at that property for 3 nights. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy, and had been sent one day in advance. It was a simple room on the ground floor in a house with a shared kitchen. Yet we had a bathroom in the room. It generally took 20 minutes to get to the town hall on foot. There is a Bonus supermarket next building down the road, which was very handy. There was a comfortable bed, a TV, a small coffee table and a hanger in the room. The private bathroom was quite nice. The shared kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, a kettle, some crockery, etc. There were also some tea/coffee available in the kitchen. The room was warm as there were some heated radiators. Yet it wasnt quite clean, but we didnt care much about that. Overall, that homestay can be recommended as a price/quality ratio is utterly honest for Reykjavik.
