  : Location is pretty central but closed pedestrian street also makes the property inaccessible for taxi service.
  : The Room was very small that lacked place for anything. Furthermore there was insufficient shelving for toiletries etc. no place to store our minimum luggage.

  : Worst costumer service weve had in Iceland. Upon arrival we were mistreated and not even directed to our room and had to run around the hotel until we had to ask again wheres our room. There are 2 different wings to the hotel and they didnt even bother to correct us when they saw us walking in the wrong direction.HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT THE WORST PART.I was charged the cost of a washing machine for my laundry basket. When I came to the reception, I was surprised to find out that I need to fill out number of items per category, but Zsofi, the assistant manager, reassured me that the laundry company will handle this for me, so I shouldnt worry. Ive been travelling the UK and Iceland for over 2 months and whenever I used laundry services for a big amount of clothes, theyve charged me per weight and not according to number of items. I was naive enough to rely on my past experience and Zsofi. Only when I checked out Ive realised I had to pay 212 GBP for my laundry. I was astonished. Yes, I shouldve asked the rates, but Zsofi was very reassuring and I trusted that this kind of high end hotel would have its clients best interest in heart.I was trying to see if theres a way to make this more reasonable, but been told by Zsofi that this is technically all my fault and she herself had this kind of experience on her holiday and it is what it is.Please refrain from staying at this beautiful hotel, because youll receive a poor service and leave with a bitter feeling.
