  : I hope this review is helpful for the accommodation and for future guests.To be fair and accurate in my evaluation, I will begin with the positive points despite my dissatisfaction with my stay at this place.The location is very good, on the outskirts of Milan. Free parking is available on the side street.The overall cleanliness of the building and rooms is commendable.The check-in are easy and clear.The room decor and design are beautiful.The quality of the beds and bedding.The provision of hospitality (coffee, water, juices, soft drinks, and some light snacks) is praiseworthy. The room on the second night was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed.
  : I booked a room with a queen-sized bed for two adults (my wife and me). It was the only available option, but upon arrival I found the room to be very small and cramped, with a narrow bathroom and shower area, and tiny sink. The issue was with the small bed, which was unsuitable for two adults.I contacted the inn owner, Ms. Rachele, who apologized and mentioned that there were no other available rooms that night unless I wanted to take an additional room at the same rate. I declined, and she suggested room replacement for the next night with an additional charge of 25 euros, despite confirming the larger room's value on the booking site to be only 5 euros more. I requested a reduction in the amount, but she did not agree.Before finalizing the discussion and agreeing on the price, she proceeded to charge my credit card with 25 euros. The procedure was highly provocative, as if it was being done forcefully, unfortunately. Afterward, she assured me that the new room would be ready within 30 minutes, but it took over two hours, causing us to waste time and feel bored. We took our belongings and left the room, informing her of our departure.Minutes after we left, she coldly informed me that the other room was ready, and we could move without offering any apology for the delay. I felt disappointed due to this reaction despite our understanding. Unfortunately, this occurred in the last two days of my 11-day visit to Italy.In summary, the negative points include:1. Queen-sized bed rooms are cramped and unsuitable for two adults.2. Poor customer service.3. Three doors need to be opened with a passcode to access the room.4. Weak sound insulation between adjacent rooms and other floors in the building."
