Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : First of all i have to say, that George was one of the best hosts I've ever met. Helpful, warm guy always in touch if its needed. George meets us with wine and fruits, tells about how things works and showed a safe place to park. The apartment is located in picturesque place, but not touristic, calm one. A few traditional high quality restaurants around, worth to visit. AC works, kitchen facilities works, TV works, beds were comfortable. Koskinou is a great place to stay, wonderful small town full of old, but in majority well preserved buildings and friendly people around.
  : What i didn't like and is worth to mention, is small shower. As a skinny person i felt uncomfortable. No way to have a proper shower, as a chubby person. Second thing, a hole which connects a bathroom and kitchen. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, no picture shows this drawback. It certainly shouldn't works this way. The sounds from the toilet were heard all over the house by the rest of tenants. Smells also spreads for a while. Last thing, the most fragile, was the neighbour. There is an elderly woman, probably cause of her age she's disabled. From the terrace you could see hear and the nurse taking care of her. Unluckily, we hear her talking to herself, sometime loud trough for majority of a day. The only time, we enjoy spending time on the terrace was, when she probably sleeps, so we stayed there only at the evening and then it was really enjoyable. There was no pleasure to eat a breakfast on the terrace, as we planned. Anyway, we spend nearly whole day outside, so it wasn't that problematic. The price was attractive, so I know i shouldn't demand too much, but honestly there are issues to solve here, some of them doesn't depends on host, but it should be at least mentioned.

  : Beautiful old Greek village, quiet and mellow. Several restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk.
  : Very poor public transport.

  : Very cozy apartments! Beautiful patio for breakfast or evening meal, and comfortable outside temperature. Great location, nearby streets are very pleasant for a walk with traditional pavement and houses. And not noisy!
  : Night light in the apartment were shining too intensive, sometimes it's not an easy to find somewhere nearby parking place.

  : First of all I would like to say that we had a really nice holiday in Rhodos. Now I would like to say a few words about the rented apartment: A little more "love" and "attention" could already be invested in the apartments and the courtyard. There is a totally unusable grill. In the soil of the lemon tree were cigarette butts and other garbage (I removed)! And then there is a wooden slab in front of an entrance in the wall, behind which are various things like broom, bucket and so on. That's really not nice to look at! To the apartment: The mattresses should be cleaned, alternatively you could invest in mattress savers that you can wash after each guest - they don't cost that much. It is not very pleasant to sleep on (hopefully only) sweat stains from previous guests. Then there is this terrible lighting, which cannot be switched off at night, because for that you would have to pull off the key for the electricity supply and then the climate will no longer work! We then helped ourselves with plasters and aluminium foil to darken the light sources - otherwise sleep was unthinkable! To the deduction in the bathroom: It takes less than 10 minutes to clean this 1 x a month accordingly. The soap storage in the shower belongs renewed - the washing machine, is defective. And so on.... In general, I would like to say the following: Even if you rent an accommodation cheaply - it must still be clean. I hope you think about my review a few things, because when you see the pictures on the Internet, you expect something completely different! I don't really understand the good reviews here. The landlord seems to be a really nice guy. Personally, we didn't meet him, but communication with him went smoothly. Regards Lisa Miller
