: Kalithea is a small village, 5 minutes drive from Faliraki. Vasili, the owner, made us feel very welcome. The villa was excellent and very spacious. It is a two-minute walk into the town square, where you can find bakeries, mini super-market, coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the bakery and the restaurant Meze, Meze. The village is an excellent base to explore this beautiful Island.

: The villa was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The host very helpful and even stocked the fridge with fruit and juice etc. Outdoor pool was lovely,
: Only niggle was on arrival the owner wasnt there to meet us. Given they knew our arrival time we were surprised to be left waiting outside!

: The host was lovely and his sister was really nice. The neighbours/community were lovely
: COCKROACHES!!! They are everywhere, I saw them in the kitchen, in the bedrooms and outside. Loads of ants in the kitchen, and especially in downstairs bathroom. After the first cockroach incident I contacted the host who sent housekeeping straight away, unfortunately housekeeping was terrible they got a dirty cloth from outside and cleaned all the floors with that cloth, curtains were dirty too. Spent more money on cleaning products than I anticipated and hours of my holiday wasted on cleaning. I understand what the host said that it was due to fires that the cockroaches are out more so but with nobody goes on holiday to share a property with cockroaches especially with a toddler and a baby...on the last night I found a cockroach under my travel cot when putting my baby to bed.
