  : Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Floor in our room seemed damp. Not sure if it was due to the humidity or not. We attempted to not walk on the floor without our shoes.

  : First, I'd like to say it wasn't awful, and we made the best of it that we would still come back. Especially for the price. The pool area was very clean, tidy, and big. It was perfect for me and my daughter to enjoy with others. The rooms were basic but spacious. The breakfast was mostly carbs - waffle, cereal, bread/toast, prepackaged bakery. They did have banana and apples. No elevator. And close distant to kwik trip!
  : Well, check in was 3pm, we didn't get there til 5pm but our room still wasn't done being cleaned. Now, I'm pretty understanding especially when she said theyre short staffed. But because we booked thru a 3rd party we were assigned a room and she couldnt switch us, which angered me more because you'd think they'd LOGICALLY clean the room already reserved for us?! Nope. Then to arrive 2hrs after check in to still have to wait another 30+ mins while she cleaned our room.... ok now I'm frustrated. And to add to the cherry on top the room was clean-ish, except the bathroom. Once you closed the bathroom door there was either dried blood or boogers on the wall. And hair, tiny hair to be specific on the floor along the edge. *puke* It was disgusting and even my daughter was grossed out. Since it was just my kid and I, we kept the door open and never put anything on the floor except their towels to walk on. I regret not complaining to them or saying anything. Felt even more insulted they didn't try to be more apologetic with comp-ing us for the room delay. But I had my kid with me and I didn't want to take time from her to dispute.

  : Loud noises from some machine next to our room.People standing in the hall talking and going out to smoke. The pool floor is dirty, the hot tub is also filthy and did not work . It was not inexpensive

  : Room was extremely noisy. Was located with a shared wall with the laundry room.. Didn't get much sleep was very loud. Also ice machine ran and dropped ice ALL night long.
