  : No iron or ironing board. Hair dryer broken. Demographic of clientele was not conducive for the hotel to be offering accommodation to business travellers. Noise all night. Floors made of a click vinyl product which was also load and kept me awake all night. Make your mind up. Are you a hostel for a particular demographic or are you a hotel????

  : My room wasn't ready when I got there at 4pm. They put me in a different room, I reserved a king size bed they told me they were putting me in a room with two kings since mine wasn't ready and I ended up just getting a queen size bed so they lied about that. When I went in the room for the First time the largest drawer of the dresser was pulled all the way out and was broken so it wouldn't push back in. The only lamp in the room did not work. The room above me were stomping and banging on the floor all night long i made a complaint after the first night and they didn't do anything about it so I didn't get to sleep while I was there. At 8:30 in the morning while I was in bed a cleaning lady tried to barge in my room luckily I had the little latch on the door flipped. I also had someone banging on my window outside during the day I complained about that as well and the staff did nothing.
