  : The adjoining restaurant was very attractively decorated and the food served was good. All the staff were lovely, and accommodating when were wanted a late breakfast. The room appeared clean and the bathroom had some nice modern features. The street the room looked out on was very quiet. I enjoyed the hot chocolate in the room and the wonderfully aromatic toiletries...I only wish I could have taken them away! Large terrace with comfortable seating made me think I was staying at a hotel on the Algave!
  : The room was very dark, not helped by a small window and dark wall paint. Most disappointing was that the beds were incredibly uncomfortable - the mattresses desperately need replacing. I was pretty shocked that there was not a single drawer in the room and only a small wardrobe. The door on the outside of the fridge needs removing, it was practically falling off anyway and always had to be open to operate the TV, which then blocked the space between the bed and fridge. Poor soundproofing as there weren't many guests but we heard everything. None of the lampshades fitted their bases so wobbled badly, Several snags in the room that needed reporting and fixing, like WiFi not working, Sky box freezing, window feeling like it was going to fall off when opened, sensor alarm going off during the night,. What made it worse is that every time something went wrong one of us had to leave the room to find a member of staff, because the phone in the room didn't work!

  : The room was large and had a nice bathroom
  : The hotel was tried , the staff were so fed up and unhelpful , the receptionist didn’t look up and seemed fed up ! The restaurant staff were to busy chatting to offer anything and we had to go find them twice to get drinks . The honest stuff is just a money making idea not good if you have children with you . For the money you would hope for a hotel that was being tight every chance they could
