  : We were there for 3 nights and housekeeping was not done even once despite us repeatedly requesting multiple times in the day The vegetarian options for breakfast were very limited leaving a lot to be desired.

  : The hotel was very nice. Very good lighting in my room and bathroom. I appreciated having ice and vending machines on my floor in addition to the snack options at the front down. Good location to downtown Richmond. I really enjoyed the hot tub beside the pool. Enjoyed the tall windows and high ceilings in my room
  : A breakfast option would have been nice. Valet parking was $40 a day, but the parking lot across from the hotel was only $20 a day.

  : The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Pool good, gym good. Good standard breakfast. The room was just comfortable enough for 3 people. Only 1 chair in the room.
  : Dead bugs stuck on the ceiling of the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. Walk to the room from the elevator was ridiculously long. Rectangle shaped floor but the rectangle didn't connect to the elevator hallway. Never stayed in a hotel that didn't offer military members some sort of benefit, like a discount on parking or breakfast. Like 5 bucks off? Something? Nope. The hotel parking is crazy expensive. Have to pay for wi-fi unless you're a Hilton member. The area was ok but it gets shady at certain hours. I like to have bakeries and coffee shops for my morning routine but there weren't many around unless you like starbucks at the Marriot across the street but it was packed. Hotel breakfast is expensive as you'd expect but good I think. I didn't eat but another family member did. I won't stay here again. For the amount of money I paid, which was A LOT for 2 nights, it's absolutely not worth it to me.

  : Kitchen staff was really great in both restaurants.
  : Front desk did not explain where anything was located when I checked in ie pool, gym, restaurant /breakfast hours . I had to go ask multiple times or google. Need More soda options in vending area by front desk. Could offer healthier options. Room safe would not open when I tried to reset it when I checked in, would be good to ensure it is cleared prior to new person checking in.

  : The young lady at the front desk not very helpful. Just handed me my key package and said bye. Did not tell me my room number or how to get there. Not very good at helping the customer.
