  : Location was great very close to richmond itself, nice and secluded away from main road and good parking.
  : The double bed was very hard could do witha mattress topper on it the sofas were uncomfortable to sit on.Extremely noisy floor boards to upper floor very annoying as you could hear next door when they were upstairs as well, also should have put more sound proofing in between properties

  : There was no hot water on the final night and next morning. We forgot to inform the management but sure it will not be an ongoing problem ad everything else was so well run.

  : The property was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, enough equipment to do meals etc, everything really was supplied, although we had to top up a few things like toilet rolls etc. Overall quiet location and was clean. There is a small court yard out the front of the cottage as no rear garden. Chairs supplied and a small table.
  : Instructions on how to get there could of been a little better, parking was ok but they could of told you that there was a dedicated parking space for the cottage and you did not have to park 70 yds away. From the description it states its paces from the town centre in fact it's about a 20 min or more walk uphill and that would be for a fit person, also short walk to the river and countryside, did not find this at all, was quite a way to the river and a drive to the countryside. It also states cosy up by the electric fire, there is not one. Bedrooms are small and you could not really unpack your bags completely. We had to wash all the cups and knives and forks as they were dirty.
