  : We stayed 3 nights which we didn’t get room service for any of the days…. The last day I went to asked for towels to the lady that was doing the cleaning because we got two rooms it was 6 of us 4 adults 2 kids and we didn’t have clwan towels, the lady refused to give me the towels saying she had exactly what she need for her rooms so Isaid ok no problem didn’t make a big deal about it…. Not even 2 mins later we get a call from front desk to tell us to stop asking for things from the cleaning lady… like you made all that effort to call which again I clarify as soon as the cleaning lady said no I said “ok no problem” so there was no need to call and be rude about it. At the end we didn’t get towels

  : I didn’t feel the safest, especially at night. And there were hairs on my pillows and towels that didn’t belong to me. Our AC didn’t work properly.

  : The General Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of getting an understanding about a situation she reacts and gets loud and makes accusations without getting the facts. It made things very uncomfortable. If you check the yelp reviews she has a reputation for being rude, loud and obnoxious especially about food. She acts like she’s scared someone is going to eat all up from her. She shows favoritism allowing some to take food to their rooms but others she aggressively tells they can’t do it. She will even record people. She acts like the food police and you’re a thief. We had to switch rooms because the toilets keep stopping up and the room we moved to that toilet kept stopping up. We have stayed in about 4 different rooms and everyone of them had a stopped up toilet. Other customers were coming to the front desk angry about a toilet they couldn’t use the toilet for several hours. Despite that we still came back because the staff were nice but the one time the General Manager came she act like she was doing you a favor by letting you stay there but we were paying just like anyone else
