: Very clean and functional apartment. Access to a nice, modern, clean and relatively big spa area. Very convenient with parking and a good supermarket on the ground floor. The host was very responsive, immediate, on some issues and they kindly followed up the days after if the issues was resolved to our satisfaction. Good service. The elevator is a nice plus when you have a lot of luggage. The ski bus is just 5 minutes walk away, in ski boots. The cocking area in the kitchen is small, but it has what you need for basic family cooking.
: Televisions in the bedrooms would have been a big plus after a long day on ski. Some higher throughput and reliability on WiFi all over the apartment could have been nice.

: Very nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds and very clean and functional bathrooms. The building has a very nice sauna that you can use throughout the day and till 10pm. The check in was very easy and convenient since there was a sort of locked letter box where you could get the keys. The owners of the apartment and the building were nice and very helpful.We booked the apartment in the beginning of March since we wanted to ski. The apartment is 20 mins away by car from Serfaus. You can park for free right outside Serfaus and to take the train/shuttle to go to the ski area. Overall, from the apartment to the slopes in Serfaus, you shall consider around 45 mins.

: Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is right around the corner (except obviously the ski lift)
: The ski bus to FIS only goes on 8:45, 9:45 and 10:45 (and similarly only 3 return slots at the end of the day). Parking at the main gondola where the ski Schule is, is hard (you need to be there very early to have a spot). Easier at the Waldbahn.
