  : Location, near the beach.
: Unfortunately we didnt have a good experience at all. We have new coming to Rimini each Summer for 10 years and always found good hotels. Our of the 3 nights we stayed there, on the first night the fire alarm went off 5 times at night, the first time we had to evacuate e my 70 year old mum had to climb back up 6 flights of stairs which gave her lot of pain and ruined the holiday. The next morning we asked for explanation, not one of the staff apologised for the inconvenience they just discarded with a simple these things happen. The next morning we needed an extra towel for our room and we helped ourselves on the cleaning cart as we didnt see the housekeeping. A few hours later we met the cleaning lady who basically scolded us as each room has limited towels etc. we cannot have more and therefore she took it back! This was outrageous, the staff was very impolite and this would never had happened to other hotels. On the third night the AC stopped working at 1am where outside were 32 degrees C. Again no apologies from the staff, not any form of compensation, not a word of sympathy for what we had to endure during the holidays. In fact we left the room way before check out as we could not bear to stay any longer. The hotel does offer a lot of good services like baby play, swimming pool, entertainment etc. however they need to get the basics right first and then offer extra services. We will not come back here.

: Very good localisation, the beach is really near. The breakfast was awesome, one of the bests in Rimini. Everyday cleaning, safe parking, nice rezeptionists.
: The room was actually well-sized, there was an extra bed for a third person, but it would have been too small for 3. Instead of that bed we would have preferred an extra wardrobe/commode. The bar is a little bit loud, but with closed windows it was okay :)

: In general it was not worth the price. I guess hotels in Italy are more expensive in general. For example, breakfast buffet was very unhealthy. Grapes was the only decent option. Nevertheless the other hotels around didn't look much better either.
