  : The condo was well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. You are so close to El Yunque rain forest that you can get there ahead of the crowds. You can take long walks on the beach with beautiful blue water
  : It is a long way from restaurants and grocery stores. You need to rent a car for any activities other than hanging out in the beach. Warning flags were up saying dont go swimming due to rip tides.

  : My dfirve year old granddaughter liked the pool and there were some pool toys and beach equipment available.
  : A 102 a partial list of problems with the unit The unit is not a beach front one. It is far from the beach - approximately a quarter of a mile at the very back of the condominium project. The seats on both toilets are loose. Batteries missing in several of the audiovisual controllers. So we could not use the TV except on Netflix for which there was apparently no account. Two handles/knobs and the drain stopper are missing from the bidet which is not secured to the floor, the room fan does not work and the room is dirty. The tub drains slowly for the hall tub, the sink barely drains and the vent fan does not work and only one of the three light bulbs in that bathroom works. The drain stopper for the bath sink off the bedroom is missing. The kitchen cabinets and door handles above the range are dirty and greasy. Overall the unit was not very clean. The cloths dryers lint filter was not clean. The unit only reliable hot water is at the kitchen sink. We had tepid showers and little hot water to the bathroom sinks. The washing machine does not function properly. When entering spin cycles it makes loud noises and acts as though the load is unbalanced. Upon checking the load was adequately balance. We could not use it. The clothes dryer vent was clogged with multiple layers of lint. It had not been cleaned for at least five loads.Both the washer and dryer are either over or near the end of their life spans.

  : The location is outstanding - literally steps from a very quiet, beautiful beach. The property itself is a pool-front condo with a walk-out patio. Walking distance (~20 minutes on the beach) to the very-accessible Wyndham resort for an easy happy hour or bite to eat on days when we didn't feel like driving. So convenient to have chairs, beach towels and body boards provided!
  : It wasn't very well supplied -- there were no toiletries or things like hand towels (plenty of beach towels); there's a coffee maker, but no coffee or other supplies like that in the kitchen. You should expect to have to make a CVS run on arrival.

  : I like it location and environment. Very quiet and secure with a private entrance/exit to the beach
  : The property needs some TLC. There were a few things with the property that were not working or half fixed. For example, The exhaust vent in the guest bathroom was inoperable and the curtain rod in the master bedroom was only in place by a piece of cloth between the rod and the wall (to maintain pressure). The futon couch in the living room was not working either. It was nailed to prevent opening. The main air conditioner had dust and mold, and would need to be reset at its power panel breaker to become functional again after a power outage. The furniture was dirty.Again, the property location is great, and the property itself would be amazing if it is maintained.Note: property representative was great! He was attentive.
