  : Arrived and upon entering the smell was so strong it was awful. Swimming pool and hot tub was not available, had upstairs floor, had to go outside to reach the stairs and they were concrete and crumbling away. All furniture was old and marred and scratched. We did not sleep in the bed, left immediately after seeing the place. Have been refused our money back. This place on line was very nice but the hotel was a disaster. And Im not prejudice but it would help if you had people at the desk that could talk English well enough for English speaking Americans to understand. Worst experience ever Booking.com you need to return our money today. We went to LaQuinta and had a very nice room with all the amenities and cost was $86 a night. Your hotel should be off the list of places to stay. The Quality Inn Rio Ranch, N Mexico has given the area a very bad name.
