  : Hotel is in a great location. We had a lovely view of the Lake from our balcony. Good sized room and ensuite. Plenty of wardrobes, hangers and shelves, with good suitcase space.
  : Reception - some of the reception staff were good, but others seemed to hide away from guests, around the corner and were not too interested in being seen or helpful. Especially if you spoke English. Other guests mentioned to us similiar experiences, when asking about the markets days or where a shop was to buy bottles of drinking Water. On the otherhand, at the sister Hotel across the road at Hotel Europa, their reception staff were exceptional, extremely helpful and knowledagble, always smiling & pleasant. We borrowed bikes from there and often returned if we had any questions, which they were always happy to help with, even though they knew were were not staying at their Hotel. Room - air-con didn't seem to work or was centrally controlloed? Unfortunatly, the room was often too hot & stuffy, we had to open the balcony doors all the time to let in fresh air & cool the room down. Not sure what this would be like during summer time. No drinking water provided, except on 1st day, I would expect small bottles of water to be provided daily. No means to make a hot drink in the room either. Breakfast was OK, adequate - but nothing special. It was slightly dissappointing. But the staff were good and kept everything clean & well stocked. We hadn't realised that pets were allowed to stay in this Hotel when booking. If we had known, we would probablly have booked a different Hotel.

  : This hotel is perfectly situated right on the lake at one end of Riva del Garda.Our room overlooked the square, which was great, but if I was staying longer, I would have booked the lake view room.The famous monument right next to the hotel is a big tourist attraction and looks amazing, but beware the bell rings as early as 7am!Our room was average size with everything we needed apart from a kettle, etc.We had a lovely little balcony to sit on.The bed was very comfortable and clean, good space for wardrobe and drawers.Very close to lots of restaurants, shops and the boat excursions.
