  : There was no staff member at the desk when I arrived. The person who was supposed to be working hadn’t shown up for their shift, no one was there to answer any of the properties phone lines. The only reason I was able to get into my room was because a more corporate staff person was in town and they came downstairs and heard what was happening. I had probably waited 45 minutes with the hope that someone would show up so I could check in. Then once in my room the next door occupants were playing loud music at 2am and then again the the morning.

  : It was roomy and appeared clean when I arrived. I had plenty of towels. Bed was pretty comfy and sheets were clean. Was able to park right near my room. Lots of places to eat and a Publix grocery store in the adjacent plaza.
  : Counted 12 roaches in my 6 days. There was some sort of bug repellent or pesticide in a can that was stuck under the microwave and about a foot over the stove. I wouldn’t cook with it there! Was supposed to get a housekeeping “freshen up” after3 days- never happened- had 5 day old garbage with food. No extra garbage bag/no idea where dumpster was. The Keurig coffee maker was dirty. Had to use my shampoo on a washcloth to wipe the surface- lots of crusted on fingerprints- clearly hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Shower is set to give a maximum of a lukewarm shower. A screw in the baseplate keeps the handle from getting any warmer. I stayed on a couple of cold days and would have liked a hot shower in the morning. Instead I got a chilly quick one. I know because the water gets hot in the sinks.

  : Smelled like marijuana. Property was dirty with a lot of trash. . Pillows and bed were not that comfortable.
