  : Bed was comfortable
  : I had to PLUG in my room phone to even call the front desk to complain about a filthy bathroom. Not swept, corners full of dirt and hair. ALL 3 mirrors were dirty, TOWELS WERE DIRTY, and Coffee Pot had an old pod in it. The TV remote did not work. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where a smoke detecter had been pulled out. There was visible dust on EVERY SURFACE ( TV, lights, table, night stand), no screens on the window. After driving from Minnesota for a funeral, all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed, but we couldn't because it was FILITHY. Only 1 of the 3 ice machines worked and when we brought it up to staff they already knew and never told us or posted a note so I was running around in 83 weather trying to get ice for us. Breakfast items were very limited, and they didn't have their juice/water machine working, so we had nothing to drink with our breakfast before we hit the road for another 17hrs. When speaking with the staff about said things, they just acted confused and refused any type of reimbursement.

  : Easy stop for a fair price.
  : Very disturbed that even though the hotel’s amenities listed EV charging, there was no EV charger.We counted on being able to charge at the hotel, and were unable to charge as advertised.We nearly drained our Ford Lightning battery getting to the next charger in Greenville, MS.

  : The price. We only needed the room for a few hours to rest from an event that we attended.
  : We hand to change rooms because our initial room had a real bad smell!!!!!!!!!! There were also bugs in the room! The breakfast was not good. The waffle mixture had been sitting out so long it had a crust on top of it. In the other room the tub had hair in it and one of the lights was broken. The clerk was nice to tell us that. Finally the sheets were torn.

  : Cleaning of that place. The rooms were horrible, dirty toilets, sink stop up with standing water, piss on the floor. After the third room switch that room has a molded odor, the whole building has odors. Big bag of trash sitting near elevators during the whole stay. Will never stay there again. Rooms had no towels or not enough towels.

  : The pool was not open. The website said it is open .The hotel smells weird. The room we got was ok, but the toilet's water tank was not working. I told the lady at front desk and she said is ok.

  : Upon entering the front at checkin the clerk was nice . We got to the first room and before we laid down We notice the sheets was nasty I took pictures went down stairs the second room when we flush the toilet water came out the back all on the floor we got to the third room we couldn’t watch tv for over 30Minutes me and my husband just went to sleep after that
