  : I would rate the staying at Art Hotel, lower than poor. For the fees charged I would not expect to have mold odor in the room and to receive a room that I didnt book. When I made the reservation at Art Hotel, a 4 star hotel, I was expecting to treat my pregnant wife at a high standard. The first surprise came when we arrived at the hotel, around 14:00 and the reception mentioned that even if the room was ready, we cannot check in until 18:00. If we want to check in earlier, we need to pay extra then we decided to have lunch.. another bad surprise with the serving and even worse with the food itself. It was frozen food from a jar and in the menu there was not mention that the food is not prepared by them in the kitchen. They just warmed it up and brought it to the table they didnt even bother at least to put in in a nice plate.The big surprise came when we finally checked in. The room was not in the castle as we expected but in a house next to the road nothing to do with what we booked. The smell inside was awful. There was mold smell everywhere and my pregnant wife could not stand the smell and was not healthy for her and the baby. We tried to change the room and they asked us money for the change, which I did not find it reasonable. We were opened to change the room but the other room which was presented to us had the same unbearable smell of mold. We left the windows and the door opened for more than one hour but all these efforts were in vain. The smell followed us the next two days, as it remained in our Pyjamas. I would not recommend this hotel due to conditions, services and the lack of transparency.

  : Beautiful hotel and an amazing balcony room. Just incredible Art Decor layout, with lovely lighting. The hostess and other hosts were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend to anyone.
  : Check in is 4PM, which felt a bit late as we had been driving 5 hours and wanted a shower when we arrived, but had to wait a while.

  : Easy check in and convenient parking. The hotel looked beautifully restored. Nice terrace outside the bar area
  : The toilet seat lid in the room was broken. The room door handle came apart when we shut the door. The tissue dispenser fell off the wall but the worst thing was the shower door exploded and shattered all over the bathroom floor at 5:00am. We were lucky not to have been injured. The staff were excellent at quickly finding us an alternative room so we could use a shower and they didnt charge for breakfast. However we think it would appropriate to have refunded the cost of the room. We were in shock and didnt think about it at the time.

  : Room was stylish to "look at". Staff was immensely helpful (to which I am immensely grateful) to post my wash bags back to me which I left in the drawer in the bathroom.
  : Only one chair to sit on, bed is too low (almost like a Japanese mattress) and unnecessary big, no storage space for anything other than a few hangers. We had to squeeze round the bed to go to the bathroom which is unnecessarily big for the purpose. There was a leak through a ceiling lamp and overnight rain left a pool of water on the bathroom floor! We wonder if the architect/interior designer ever stayed in the room. I think he/she should!
