  : Upon check-in, we were assigned a room, but the key did not work. After taking the stairs twice due to having only one working elevator, the service desk person reissued our room keys, yet they still did not work. It appeared the door had no power. We reported this issue to the receptionist, and she moved us to a handicap room on the first floor, Room 100.Unfortunately, Room 100 smelled strongly of a gas leak. Despite using air freshener and leaving for dinner, the smell persisted, causing us headaches. Additionally, the TV remote did not work. When we informed the receptionist, her response was dismissive, suggesting we endure the night. After insisting, she reluctantly tried to provide a solution, initially offering us keys to the original room on the third floor without confirming the door was fixed. Upon checking, the door was still non-functional.Finally, we were moved to Room 217 on the second floor, which had double beds but a non-working air conditioner. On top of this inconvenience, we were charged more for moving from a king bed to a double bed room, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.The overall experience was extremely frustrating and fell far short of the standards we expected. Considering the numerous issues we faced, I am requesting a full refund for our stay due to the severe inconvenience and poor conditions.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

  : The staff members were friendly. The bed was comfortable....the bathroom was nice.
  : The toilet didn't flush properly. Had to retrieve a plunger from the staff and fix it.
