  : View, location, quality. Comfortable beds! Clean home, nice views.
  : Neighbors burning trash. Smoke coming in house constantly. Asked for them to stop burning and they started it back up after a few hours.

  : We loved Rockaway and the surrounding area. We would have enjoyed being on a sandy beach more, but that was very close, also there were some very interesting things happening on the jetty that we enjoyed. The train tour passing each day was very fun.
  : Unfortunately, my husband and I have some health issues that made all the stairs very difficult. Not your fault, we should have thought more about it. However, the view, the decks and the kitchen more than made up for it!

  : Location. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen well stocked.
  : Couldnt use washer as it was caked with mold, no broom to sweep floors, shower curtain liner off main bedroom had black spots all over the bottom, majority of the towels in bathrooms were dingy and many had black (stains I would imagine) in them, couldnt adjust volume on tv in top floor, tvs on middle level didnt work at all. With a $247.00 cleaning deposit, I felt things should have been cleaner especially with Covid
