  : The location was the only good thing about this house.
  : The heat was a wall unit that didn't work, which apparently they knew because there were 3 space heaters provided as well. However the electricity in half the house didn't work so we couldn't use the space heaters either. After searching every crevice of the house for a breaker panel and not finding one, I called vacasa and they sent someone out that night, which was awesome since it was Friday New Year's Eve. Unfortunately he couldn't fix the wall heating unit (which he told me has had problems in the past) or the electricity issue, and said he called an electrician to come out Saturday morning, Jan 1st. The electrician never came and we never heard from anyone for the rest of our stay. So we had no heat and no electricity the entire time. There were also bugs and a bad smell in the house. I've now called vacasa 3 times to get a full refund since me and my elderly parents were freezing and in the dark the whole time we were at the house, and I still have no resolution. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

  : The property has an AMAZING location. You walk down a short path that leads you straight to the ocean. It was convenient, as we were able to quickly get ourselves ready and head to the beach in minutes. It was also quite quiet in the area, which was nice since we were travelling with a baby. The property itself is okay in terms of cosmetics. It has everything you would need. They could definitely do some upgrades to help with the overall look (the floors looked quite run down, and the outside of the place looks a little sketchy). The kitchen provided us with everything we needed to cook while staying there. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer when needed. They also had plenty of towels available. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a vacuum, it helped maintain the house after sandy beach days. They also had a nice tv that was easy to access YouTube and Netflix.
  : When we first arrived, we tried to get the air conditioning unit going to cool down the property. We were unable to get it going, so we called Vacasa (as directed). They tried to trouble shoot the problem, but then told us that the property only has partial AC in the bedrooms. So we went looking for them, and we found ONE fan. So that was a huge bummer for us, since it was very hot, and we were travelling with a baby. Also, when we booked it, one of the selling points was the AC. They did sent a maintenance worker to come take a look at the AC unit (the big one mounted on the living room wall), and he said that they would have to do some work on it. But fortunately he was able to at least get the fan working on the AC unit. So we just made sure to keep windows open, and blinds closed, and kept the fans going. But even then, it was still quite warm. So if youre planning on staying here in the summer months, ensure that they got their AC unit fixed, or bring a couple extra fans. We didnt feel safe keeping the windows open during the night (our own anxiety), so the nights were quite warm.We also wish that there would have been a curtain on the front door. We felt quite exposed at night, as theres a window in the front door. Also, some of the curtains didnt close all the way. Normally we wouldnt feel so anxious about these little things, but we would occasionally have people walk through the path and in front the property during the day.Also, when booking the property, it said it had free parking, so we assumed there were no restrictions. When we arrived, there was a sign inside that said there was only parking for one vehicle. Since we were travelling with a baby, and dogs, we were travelling with two vehicles. So this was quite disappointing to find out once we arrived. In my opinion, there is adequate space to parallel park two vehicles in the space.The outside of the property could also use a good little cleaning.

  : This small beach house was bright, pleasant, and had everything you could need for a great beach vacation. The location is outstanding--step outside, walk across a small beautiful dune, and you're on the expansive beach, which is great for walking, riding a bike, wading, and playing with your dog. The location is quiet and uncrowded.
  : We needed some instructions for how to use the TV/streaming device and there wasn't anyone to ask.

  : Decor, location, well stocked kitchen. LOVED the heated floors in the master bath!
  : Threw 2 breakers while we were there. The breaker box was inconveniently located outside. No directions for using the heater.

  : Close to beach. comfortable and home like. lots of towels and nice blankets. kitchen had nice dish-ware. complimentary seasonings, coffee, filters, laundry soap a bonus!
  : The bathroom floor seems to be not heating up all the way. the tile seems to have been laid wrong. no dishwasher.
