  : We liked the location. The bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was enjoyed by all guests...After the first day Debbie brought me orange juice and it was much appreciated...
  : Size of the room...too small and crowded.There were tooooo many rules. Did not feel comfortable especially felt Debbie had to be right all the time. Did not appreciate her attitude toward my husband....she would comment on the fact of our being lost several times. Her husband was more personable and helped us out in a friendly way with directions....For the first mornings breakfast Debbie got upset when I related I could not have yogurt....I was told I never stated that in a very disgusting way....Overall we would not recommend this Bed and Breakfast.We have stayed at many in the past in Rockport and never had the uncomfortable feeling we had here....People always welcomed us and were extremely friendly.The feeling was not the same at this Inn.we

  : This is a lovely old home with all of the amenities. The owners make you welcome with a different home baked snack at the coffee/tea buffet every day! The breakfasts are outstanding!! I can recommend room 3 for the balcony, and large bathroom. Will definitely go back some day!

  : Such a great place. We had our own room outside of the main house. So our own entrance. Very comfortable and stylish. Breakfast is homemade and excellent. The husband and wife are great hosts.

  : The breakfast was fabulous. There were four courses, as promised, and each one was unique and delicious. The service was impeccable and the group around the table was friendly.
  : The room was so small it was difficult to walk around the bed. The photograph made it seem bigger. We were only there one night so it was okay, but it wasn't our most comfortable experience at a B&B.

  : I should never have made a non-refundable reservation, given my health problems (cardiovascular disease, aortic aneurysm, Vestibular Disorder, life-long depression). Sadly, I was overcome by the third and fourth of these on the morning of our second day in Rockport, and we drove home to Greenville, NC that day and part of the night. Wasted $500. Did have a good seafood dinner on the first evening there -- at a local restaurent recommended by the B&B owner.
