  : Reception only open until 12 pm and 6 to 8 pm. No way even with a paid reservation to get into the hotel outside those hours. Tried to call three times prior to making the reservation unsuccessfully. Booked a triple room for my children and a single for me and our small dog few hours prior to our arrival. They refused to take in the dog and refused to reimburse any part of the payment of my single room. And it is not like they had to refuse other clients as they had plenty of rooms available. Apparently they admitted that it had happened many times before that they had to refuse clients with dogs. One would have thought that in this case the information about not admitting animals would be promptly displayed rather than hidden somewhere in the property rules.Fortunately I have found a very nice room foe me and my dog in the nearby Biney hotel. Very friendly and understanding staff , a pleasant room with an electric kettle and a choice of teas and coffee, a comfortable bed , a good shower .My children who had stayed at the previous hotel were not as satisfied as I was.

  : Right in the middle of Rodez. Visited here as part of a cycle tour and was given convenient & safe overnight storage for my bike.
