  : The location was great and the only reason I chose this property, although many others around the same place, I wanted to "treat" myself to a higher-end experience; I didn't feel like it was better than any other brands with slightly lower costs and FREE breakfast. The pool looked clean and inviting, although I didn't bring my suit.
  : I was charged for the buffet breakfast and wasn't told that it would be an extra charge, until I was brought the bill. Since breakfast and coffee are normally included everywhere else, this was a surprise and a disappointment. The facet in bathroom was coming out of the counter, only 1 mirror (in the bathroom with little counter space for make-up and hair stuff needed to get ready). The wall/towel holders and hand lotion "holders" looked like they we're about to fall off the wall. The bed was "mushy"/extremely soft (which I prefer firmer, due to back problems), and the fitted linen sheets where not put on properly and not pulled onto the mattress (shotty job). The side-entry door was noted as not usable, so I was closer to my car on the end of the building and I could go OUT that way to load/unload my belongings, but had to walk all the way around to re-enter. Most nicer places allow the customer to "swipe" back in through those doors for convenience and less walking with heavy bags.

  : Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location.
  : We had to ask for more towels, coffee, didn't have but 1 bar of soap for a 3 day stay. We think you could provide juices ,toast, as well as coffee, self-service ,in am with no extra charge. No ice machine on our end of hall,(211).
