  : I have problem with deposite for 2 rooms, Money do not return. We stay from 07.04 to 10.04, 2 rooms forYuliia YaremenkoIryna Tymoshenko10.04 we leave rooms, and make money return procedure at reception. For 2 rooms, 250Eur + 250EurBut money do not come back. My bank says they don't get any money. Please, can you check if there any problems with these transactions. 2 photos of Abandon tickets in attachment to this letter. I write letter in the your email, but dont have answer, it is very-very bad situations

  : Check in and the manager who checked us in was good. Best thing about the place. He was lovely, knowledgeable and also spoke English. So that was helpful. And he answered our questions.
  : We really didn't like anything. We didn't feel like the place equaled any of the pictures or the positive reviews. I booked the rooms and honestly, I was appalled! Absolutely shocked, appalled, and embarrassed that I had booked the place for my family. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED. Here's why:1. The place is & looks run down.2. The place looks very sketchy & the residents look very sketchy - entering, driving & walking around is almost dystopian.4. Each person should be given a MAP of the place w/numbers of the rooms so you can find your room easier. * We walked into the wrong room thinking it was our room and that our key card worked... until we saw men's boots & quickly turned around and walked the heck out of there!5. Room smelled strongly of SMOKE as soon as we walked in + cig. burns on floor. Disgusting. (Nothing else available.)6. Red liquid on the toilet seat & toilet mirror. Disgusting.7. Sofa looked old and pretty gross. Disgusting.8. Could not lock the shutters.9. No air conditioning offered in the rooms. That's a French thing but not good for a hotel. Cool air is much needed in the blistering heat of the summer & hot rooms.10. Manager very helpful but was too busy to be fully attentive/helpful:11. Got 2 rooms and the key cards were not activated for the second room so we had to go all the way back to reception to get that sorted out. (We happened to see the manager and told him; he took the key cards and said he would bring them back immediately; that didn't happen and we waited & waited. Finally we had to go to reception ourselves to get the key cards.)12. Beware: Entrance very tight for a car - the bottom side of the car was scraped on the cement there.13. No number on the entrance metal gate or the side of the building - so it was not clear where to go or that you were at the correct building.14.

  : The booking shows air conditioning in the room but its not on from the main reception when we ask for it the we have been told that its not working and its Friday so it will be repaired on Monday and when we ask for fan then the answer from one of the receptionist is we dont have fan and its not hot that you should have fan but one of the receptionists work in weekend in morning she provide us fan . Only few reception staffs are good and at check in time the tow reception staff taking in French and not helpful.

  : i have problem with return pledge 250 euro for my number and 250 euro for number of my friend. when we leave hotel-personal said that money will be return to my card in this day, but I dont have money from your hotel. I send letter in your email, but dont have answer.

  : It is not that close to the airport, there was no shuttle, though it stated there was one, the place looks pretty run down from the outside.

  : The location was good and the facilities in the apartment were good too. The apartment was also spacious.It had lovely shutters on the windows and the sofa bed was a great size.The living room had a wardrobe too which meant that although it was technically a one bedroom apartment it was easy to use it as a two bedroom if needed.
  : Although it is summer, the apartment was a little chilly. On my first attempt to get help from reception, I was told to put extra clothes on. This may have been in part to a language barrier. The following day, I was able to get the help I needed, which resolved the issue, but the initial response was off putting.
