  : The location was great. It was close to the metro which made sight seeing easy. It was large enough for 8 adults and the host was gracious and helpful
  : There were a few basic things that were missing. Most notably there was limited areas to hang laundry to dry and there was not a kettle for boiling water. These small touches would have made the apartment more comfortable

  : The apartment is on the top floors of a very old building with a fragile elevator. We only use it for luggages. The apartment has an unpleasant smell, especially in the middle bedroom. The room is tiny, it has a sofa all torn and with holes. It is lined with a quilt to hide the defects. The kitchen is small and doesn't even have a microwave. It is disclosed in the advertisement that it has two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. We gave preference to this apartment because of this configuration that would be able to divide the three families of three people each, in the three bedrooms. Arriving there, there was a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and the third bedroom with just a double bed (without the single bed that was advertised). We sent a message to the person in charge and she informed that there was nothing she could do and that it was to gather one of the people who would stay in the room that lacked a single bed, on the sofa bed in the other room, together with a person from another family. Her suggestion was to make two people from different families and opposite sexes sleep on a sofa bed together. In addition, uncomfortable mattresses, old and dirty sheets and towels. Bathroom soaking up water easily. You can only use one shower at a time. No use having two bathrooms. If you turn on two showers at the same time, or a shower and the faucet of any sink, the water in the shower cools down and becomes weak. Conclusion: extremely uncomfortable apartment for any type of family. The experience was really bad.O apartamento nos ltimos andares de um prdio muito antigo com um elevador aparentemente frgil.   : Great location. Right next to metro station and easy walk to the Vatican. Host kindly organised a taxi transfer for us from the airport
  : Not enough glasses or kitchenware for our group. And there was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment

  : Very well located apartment, right outside the Ottaviano metro station and walking distance from the Vatican city. Compact yet Very artistically built interiors and it was fully sufficient for our group of 3 families as this had 3 bedrooms.

  : no cleaning service. no change of towels and beddings. very small elevator and you need to carry your luggage with 3 steps before riding the lift

  : Not clean at all. The place was dirty and dusty. Does not feel very clean. Bed sheets had stains. Towel was old and dark. Clogged master bedroom shower. When I reported the issues, she had no solution but instead made excuses and implied this was not a 5-star hotel. We are spending too much time complaining. We were asked to pay 134 upon arrival for tax and cleaning fees. Apparently, the fees were not for cleaning but for her own pocket.
