  : Spacious and comfortable room in a good location.
  : Unfortunately we were woken by builders quite early in the morning but I assume this was a temporary problem.

  : We were not told that it was right in the middle of the Jewish quarter. It was not a problem but knowing is better.

  : The room was spacious and very clean.
  : It was difficult to get in and out of the shower safely due to the toilet being right there. Taxi drivers were not able to pick up or drop off at the door making things difficult with a lot of luggage. Wheels and cobble stones dont mix. There was nothing close by.

  : This was a great location for us. Centrally located, we were able to walk everywhere. They came and made the bed and cleaned up every day which was an unexpected pleasure. Room was very nice, just like the pictures depicted and the free items in the mini fridge were appreciated. Young lady at the counter was very helpful.
  : unfortunately we were staying here in the Jewish Ghetto during the Hamas invasion into Israel so there were police around, there was a bomb scare across the street at the school which made returning to the hotel difficult till it was sorted out. I would still choose this location again though. Steep stairs up to the first floor which is where the units and main entry were located. And there was some construction going on in the mornings somewhere close by that woke us up. Clearer directions on how to get into the building once you get to the outside door would be helpful.

  : Very nice and helpful staff, really kind and so easy to talk to!
  : The noise was so bad, coming for a vacation actually lost its value as we had better sleep at home with two children! Where hoping to finally get some sleep and at least the possibility to sleep in but the noise right outside our window totally ruined that. Asked for a change of bedrooms but that was not possible - but this is actually something that really dissapointed us. Every single morning at 7 they came to unload the trash or whatever and the sound literally woke me up to my feat the first morning it was so loud and I really was shocked. Also the first two days I had work and was not able to go and have an early sleep due to noise in the evening also.

  : The location is great with a lot of police visibility so you feel safe.
  : There was no hot water in the room and the pressure of the water was also weak in the shower. Staff take long to respond to you when you have an issue.
