  : Excellent location overlooking a piazza in the middle of Trastevere with lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. Communication and access was easy.
  : Not negatives but just to note that while it wasnt an issue for us some might find some nights (weekends) a bit noisy. Also to be aware that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

  : the property wasnt ready when we arrived and the cleaner only left the apartment at 16:45. we had to go out into Rome to kill time. The floor throughout the apartment was very dirty and I dont think that its been mopped for a while. We didnt have a duvet cover either, it was just two sheets covering the duvet.

  : Unfortunately, the door was opened by the owner of the house before it was time to leave, and this made me feel less safe inside the apartment.Also, some of the side lights were not working before I received the apartment, and they want to impose a fee on me and claim that I damaged them.I do not recommend this apartment, because the owner is trying to force you to fix things that he ruined and you did not touch them, and this is a big cheat on their part.And if you have to rent it, make sure of everything

  : The pre-visit communication with the host was pleasant and informative. The apartment location is on a fun & lively piazza with lots of great restaurants, a pharmacy and several gelato places in the area. It is boisterous at night, but earplugs are provided to help guests block out the evening sounds at bedtime. We had expected the noise so that wasn't an issue for us.The photos in the posting are representative of the items in the apartment but also make the apartment appear larger than it is. We were also surprised at having to enter and exit sideways through 1/2 of the front door because the rep said the other half was too difficult to open. If you have a large suitcase you will need to Push & Pull it through.The apartment consists of 2 rooms and a bathroom. The first room combines dining room, living room nook and tiny kitchen. There is a sofa, a small clear coffee table, a round dining table, and the credenza under the TV where you'll find all the cooking pots and pans. The sofa folds over into a comfortable bed (the most comfortable of all the sofa beds on our 5-week trip).The bedroom was a nice size with a comfortable bed and big windows, indoor shutters and curtains to block out the light/heat. The tall cabinet stored extra/winter comforters and pillows etc, so we left our clothes in our luggage lined up on the floor along the walls.The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and laundry washer - a very nice feature for people on long trips.The air-conditioners located in the bedroom and the living room nook worked well and were greatly appreciated in the 95F heat and extreme humidity. Unfortunately, there is only 1 remote for both units which is a bummer if you want to adjust the temperature during the night and the people sleeping in the other room have the remote.
  : Difficult to get taxis: We were part of a larger group (staying at other places in the neighborhood) that needed to use taxis for specific reasons in order to get from Trastevere into the central areas of Rome, & sightseeing - Vatican, Colosseum etc. Many found it very difficult to find any taxis in this area at certain times of the day, even from the official taxi stands and/or using the app. We ran into several other visitors in a line at the official taxi stand who had been waiting for over an hour and ultimately missed their tours because they were unable to schedule or catch a taxi. Need to be ready to leave Before checkout time: the rep and the next guests arrived a little before check-out time, so we had to make a mad dash to finish up and leave.
