  : The bed was quite comfortable, at least I had no headache after the sleep. There were enough towels. I liked the metallic (not sure what metal they were made of) details in the room and on the mirror, even if they were a bit out of place compared to the otherwise modestly decorated room. Also there was a breakfast served in the room, it consisted of sweets and biscuits - but it is better than nothing.
  : First off, the "Art Atelier" is incredibly hard to find. The owner will send (I don't recommend staying here though) you two videos to help the tenant get the keys while he's not there, and in those videos he doesn't take time to let the viewer take in the surroundings and understand where in the street, next to which house he is standing etc. He just captures what's in front of him and adds some comments in Italian and just a few words in broken English. It doesn't help at all, especially at night or late in the evening. It would be nice to have the code for the safe sent in chat rather than having to watch the video for it. By the way, one of the videos is almost entirely dedicated to the elevator that seems to be constantly used in a wrong way by the tenants.The room itself stinks like someone had died there. I presume it is the smell of the sewage but the cabinet smells the same. The shower itself is outside the actual (very small) bathroom, separated from the living space by a glass. It looks very used and old despite its stylish and unconventional placing.Finally, the owner didn't show up in the rooms during my stay, all the communication was done via WhatsApp Chat. On the morning of my departure he asked me in the chat to leave the 3,5 for the city tax on the table in the room. I said I had only 50 notes on me, but I would be glad to transfer the money via Paypal or other means, cash-free, which he refused, and said he would be glad to give me a discount for the amount of the city tax IF I left a favourable review for the modest lodging that he offers, which I refused.I don't want to give the guy any names he might deserve here, but he should be taken off the platform. I wonder if the score this place already has is so high because of the favours he had asked his previous tenants, who also hadn't had the 3,5 for the city tax on them and he had manipulated them into thinking that they owe him a good review.
