  : This one really exceeded my expectations. Maurizio was great and friendly, he gave a lot of great recommendations of places around the city. The room is comfortable and it has a kitchen with a lot of options for quick breakfast (croissants, yogurts, cereal, pastries, coffee, etc) you can also cook and store your own food. The room also had a Smart tv with Netflix and Disney +. The location is also great! It has a train station just 8 minutes away walking, and another one with metro also 8 mins away walking, and a lot of bus options nearby. All major locations are close, I would say just 30 mins away max from the bus, the Colosseum it's just 10 mins away!
  : Only thing I can say is that it will be great to have air conditioning, Rome can get really hot in the summer, and opening a window unfortunately is not an option because the Ostiense road is really busy at all times, so it can get really noisy even at 3 am in the morning, there are a lot of cars and people passing by. If you have a really deep sleep, then this is not a problem at all.

  : The host, Maurizio, is a very hospitable person, he knows how to run a B&B; everything was well-planned and done properly. He also shares some good recommendations about what to do and where to go. The place has a small kitchen where you can have your breakfast (he provides basic stuff on a daily basis). If you are OK with a little bit of walking or taking public transport, the place is relatively close to main attractions and the heart of the city (within 30-min walking distance or less if you take the bus/metro).
  : The only issue we had with the place was that it was a bit noisy, not the place itself but the windows had almost no "sound insulation", and it was as if they were fully open all the time, any noise from the street could easily be heard. Not a big deal, but in case you are a person who is sensitive to noise be aware of this.

  : It's very clean and everyday is getting clean as well,the location is close to both metro and the train to airport just a few min walk. Nice cafe and restaurants around the place that are open to midnight!The host is so nice and helpful, let me check in sooner as well!The facilities are also very good and new!The kitchen also well equipped.
  : The place location is in a busy street so you have to keep the window close at night but luckily there is air conditioning so no real problemThe only thing I can think of is that the smell of cleaning product could linger so they should leave some windows open duringthe day!

  : Nothing, i made a mistake so I asked my friend to use this booking since I cant do it, before I asked the owner to change my dates, but the owener disagree with that. Of course never I will use this hotel in future and not gonna advise it to anybody even for those kind of attitude. So my friend spent here the night, he came for 5 minutes after 19:00 and faced with the rude service what I mentioned, however the owner says its a fake review)))) FYI to reach Vatican u have to use 2 buses to reach Panteon have to take one bus and walk to another bus stop So i would not recomment to u this hotel, it better to find either smth closer to the center or smth better outside of Rome
