Disappointing

  : The room was clean, and the location of the place was good, plenty of transport available.
  : The breakfastEvery day, we were given 2 boiled eggs, 2 croissants, and 2 buns with ham and cheese and sometimes something cooked with eggs. If you want hot boiled eggs you need to go at 8am. No fruit, no veg, no variety. I didn't think Italian style breakfast was so limited. On one occasion we went for breakfast quite late around 10am, table was set with the food, bread had dried out and eggs were stone cold.The noiseOur room was next to some apartment where people lived. very noisy on a daily basis. Every morning, around 7.45 am, a member of staff will start unloading the dishwasher in the kitchen area and throw the plates around very loudly. I have a video recorded of the noise. However, I can not upload it.The way we were greeted and sent offUpon arrival, we waited around 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come and open the door even tho I mentioned our arrival time. We were told staff were on lunch break.When we were leaving, no one said bye or anything they just pointed out where to leave the keys. One lady was very friendly, and the other one barely spoke English and didn't crack a smile even once. May be its Italian people in general, but I expected them to be a little more welcoming, especially when people in restaurants were very friendly and kind.City tax in cash that had to be paid in cash and it was not mentioned on booking.comThe room maintenanceEveryone you use the bathroom sink, it stank of canal. The bed was made every day, but sheets or towels weren't changed for 4 nights. Only the bins were emptied. I don't think there is a point of going into people's rooms every day if you won't change the bedding or towels. The air-conditioning was set every time at 16 degrees so imagine every day we come back at 10pm and it's freezing cold and at that point the radiators were turned off automatically so had to use the air-conditioning to warm the room but it had a smell.

  : Room was clean with a nice balcony. You can hear people from other rooms speaking something very early in the morning.
  : They offered us a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for 55 in cash. If we didn't check in before 3:00 PM, there was a possibility that we couldnt get the room. Taxis from the airport are 31, and you can pay with a card.

  : Location is brilliant. Literally 3 min to the Vatican walking. Plus very quiet street no noise at night
  : Not sure why, it was absolutely horrible stinky smell in the hall. I thought it will be gone next day, but unfortunately throughout all duration it was there and was making you feel sick.

  : Everything was almost amazing, super clean room, good location with so many great places near the hotel, staffs are super kind and treat everyone the best way possible. Delicious breakfast.
  : The room was a little cold, and there were no slippers otherwise the best hotel ever.

  : Sangreen (who oriented us and served us breakfast) was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the water pressure in the shower was very low and it took a long time to heat up. To flush the toilet, we had to take off the panel each time, since the toilet would run. We really liked the location. It was close to transportation and places we wanted to visit.
  : (See above) The view was of the back of an adjacent hotel (and the garbage dumpsters, so we didnt like to hang out in the room, except to sleep. But that was ok, because there is so much to see & do in Rome.

  : We stayed at the room number 5 and it was so clean and quiet. Breakfast is enough and consists of qualified food and drinks. So near to basilica of Vatikan and staff is so helpful and kind they tidy the room everyday,make the beds and mop floors including bathroom
  : TV has only talian channels

  : How persistent they were in trying to sell us the taxi drive from the airport to the hotel. Quite stressful.
