  : Location was great and that was convenient. Overall the apartment was in a good condition, with ok furniture and linen. A few cracks in the floor or on the walls, but overall it was ok.The best part is the bathroom, which is spacious and bright!
  : 1. The property is not in Piazza di Spagna as advertised, but in Piazza del Popolo. Still a good location (10 minutes walk away from Piazza di Spagna), but the title is a bit misleading.2. The property was advertised as having 3 bedrooms, when in reality it has one bedroom, one semi-double bed in the dining/living room and another tiny OPEN space (no doors, just a curtain!) that had a sofa which could be converted to a bed. Definitely misleading!3. The entrance of the building offers the worst 'sense of arrival'! When opening the main door to the building, there are several garbage bins to the left, smelling disgusting.4. We arrived at 20.20 and were asked by the check-in person for an extra EUR35 for the late check-in! After careful reading, I found small print saying that there was a fee for arrivals after 20.00, but I found this surcharge exaggerated, especially when considering that we arrived at a relatively normal time and with only 20 min delay. I could have understood this charge for arrivals after midnight, but this was a bad surprise...

  : This a good apartment - attention to detail
  : The garbage bins and rubbish collection for this building is actually located inside the foyer entry of this building.The stench is nauseating. It permeates the whole building via the elevator shaft so the stench hits you as you come out the apartment door and you have to walk right through it at the entry door.Get this sorted it would stop us ever staying again.

  : Nothing to like about the apartment, worst experience. Shifted to hotel the very next day.
  : The apartment had really bad standard, the way it's shown in pictures it's not that. It was smelling bad. Water was very cold, hot water was not coming. There was no balcony as mentioned. We had to shift to hotel the very second day. Staff was not at all helpful. When we tried to talk to the staff. She was not bothered. Damn it, was the attitude. Total waste of money. Accept the location nothing is good.

  : Location is great, host bought us a food for extra charge.
  : This apartment is one of the worst one I've ever had. The biggest problem is cleanness. It's a very dirty apartment, pillows were just black! the shower worked bad. Host told us that it's ok for 9 people, and that this apartment is 100 m2. That is not true, its impossible to live there more than 6 people (one bath), and if you have folding chairs in every empty space it doesnt matter that its ok for 9 people! I had to book one more apartment near this one for our comfortable stay at Rome, and it cost me a lot. It's very expensive for a such kind of accommodation!

  : The apartment has a fantastic location as it is a short walk to the underground/metro and the shopping belt. It is generally clean and the furnishings also made the apartment very pretty. There is also an elevator despite being sort of a period building. Also, I think the sound proofing is done quite well too. The hosts were friendly and they kept in touch with me prior to arriving. I was able to check in very swiftly upon arrival which is a good thing because my toddler was feeling tired after all the travelling.
  : It was described as a three bedroom apartment on booking.com but in reality, there are three rooms comprising a living/dining room, a bedroom and a small living space with sofa. While the sofas in the living rooms can be converted to beds, it's entirely a different thing to say it's a bedroom vs living rooms with convertible beds. Those sleeping in the living rooms would feel that there is a lack of privacy. I felt that it is better to clarify this on the booking website. Secondly, the temperature of the hot water can be a little unreliable at times. I have to turn up the hot water knob to the max at times to have just slightly warm water. At other times, it's way too hot. It was frustrating when I was showering my child.

  : We waited for the host more than 25 mins. It seemed not ready to host us. The apartment is not spotless. The air conditioners were pretty annoying, they made noise all night long. We barely slept. We were feeling disappointed although the location is perfect.
