  : The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing, very close to Termini and just outside the gates there was a market every morning except weekends. We could always buy fresh fruit and vegetables early morning. Breakfast wasn't included, so I can't comment on that.
  : But when it comes to rooms, I have to confess, that I booked the room, because in the pictures everything was so clean and neat. This is the most important thing for me. The room was always smelling of humidity, the bath and toilet themselves were clean, but the walls and the door no:( and the bathroom is so narrow that you can touch the door even if you don't want. The blanket was so dirty that at night I was scared to move not to occasionally remove the sheet on top of the blanket and touch it:( They gave only one towel for hands and promised to bring the second one later. Within 4 night stay this didn't happened and they never changed the bath towels, only once cleaned the room. The sound isolation with the street was perfect, but not with neighbours. All in all, the price was worth it, but if they showed the real pictures. I'd go for more expensive rooms, but cleaner!!!!

  : Very friendly and pleasant host. Good location not so far from the train and bus station, supermarket located close as well. Classic Italian breakfast with coffee and pastries, also you can make yourself tea or coffee outside breakfast hours.
  : Apartment located at ground floor. Furniture at the bathroom better to be replaced.

  : The location was great , The hosts kind but that's only to compensate for the awful rooms.
  : Extremely dirty.I have emailed them before our arrival about my allergies which include dusty environments.I left with rushes on my body and face. No airport shuttle service as in description , no luggage storage as in description so we had to pay another 30euros to keep our luggage in the train station until we leave (the reason was that they are closing down for renovation , but i believe that they should have informed us about it when we booked the rooms or even when we arrived there and not tell us the day we were leaving). The only positive is that they will be renovating the rooms so the next ones will be luckier than us but this doesn't solve the problem because in two-three weeks those new renovated rooms will be pilled in dust again.

  : Vivian I believe her name was was lovely, good location.
  : EXTREMELY dirty, there was mould EVERYWHERE. On the walls, on the bedside table. The shower drain was clogged. Was extremely damp and yuck we felt like all our clothing etc was affected/wet. Place needs a massive clean and needs to be disinfected. The blankets were dirty and not changed between people.

  : Not a bad location, close to Roma Termini station
  : Was unaware this was a stand-alone bed and breakfast when booking- no front desk check in. The host Vivian helped us check in and gave the wifi password but did not respond when I messaged that we had to check out early. Room and bathroom had mold all over the walls. All of the furniture needs to be replaced because of how old it is. Do not stay here!!

  : It was very nicely situated, the staff was so cute and kind
  : honestly it was enough for what it was but it was..a bit dirty and nor that equiped, the tv didnt worked .. etc

  : Nice door, and fridge (however it was dirty on the inside). Wi-Fi was working. Enough curtains to make the room dark at night. Shower was large enough for us. AC was working.
  : To begin with, at street level there was no sign of the 'bed and breakfast'. We had to ask people on the street where to find Bbqueen. Upon entering the room after a short talk with the groundskeeper, we noticed the light above the mirror in the bathroom wasn't working, also other lights malfunctioned. The walls contained moist and black dirt spots. Details in the bathroom were dirty. And every morning upon asking for our breakfast, our groundskeeper sighed a lot, this gave us an unwanted feeling. It seemed that (just like the TV in our room) our groundskeeper didn't like to work. The breakfast was each day roughly the same, but I guess that's normal? Wouldn't recommend these rooms.
