  : Room was much smaller than on booking.com, shower water flow was blocked and so much dust everywhere! as soon as I entered the room, I started to sneeze so much that even my nose started to bleed. Breakfast - nothing to eat! When I saw where they preparing that breakfast it made me feel sick, just next to the staff toilet without the door! They shouldnt include breakfast in the first place! So Disgusting! Never experienced anything like this before! Thats NOT luxury apartments at all! We paid 800 for 3 nights!

  : Despite the dire condition of the accommodations, the receptionist was a shining example of professionalism, understanding, and helpfulness. Stuff were certainly not responsible for the poor state of the apartments and were likely caught in a difficult position. It's evident that they were doing their best within the constraints of their role, and it's worth mentioning that their performance was commendable.While the apartments themselves were a major letdown, the receptionist's efforts in trying to make the best of a difficult situation deserve recognition. It's essential to differentiate between the hardworking staff and the management or ownership of the establishment, as they may have limited control over the overall quality of the accommodations.
  : Our recent stay at the so-called "Campo Marzio Luxury Suites" was nothing short of a nightmare. After enjoying the stunning views of Rome, the descent into this ill-maintained accommodation was a rude awakening. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, and I couldn't help but wonder if it had ever seen a refurbishment. The rust on the fixtures were beyond acceptable levels. The faucet in the sink had a constant drip, wasting both water and my patience. A cracked ceiling further added to the aura of neglect. It was far from the luxury one would expect, and I shuddered at the thought of spending any more time than necessary in that space.To add insult to injury, this apartment was billed as a "Luxury Suite," but it couldn't even meet the standards of a standard-level accommodation. The term "luxury" was used here so inaccurately that it felt like a cruel joke. It's not just misleading; it's outright false advertising, leaving guests with unrealistic expectations that are brutally shattered upon arrival.Overall, my stay at these so-called "Luxury Suites" was a disheartening experience. The lack of cleanliness, the dire state of the bathroom, and the blatant false advertising left me feeling utterly disappointed and sad. After basking in the beauty of Rome's stunning views, this accommodation turned out to be a stark contrast that I would rather forget.

  : Breakfast was decent while staff greeted and tended to us with warm smiles and pleasant demeanor. Cappuccino was good, and the smoked salmon was a tasty treat.
  : email requests to the property went sometimes unanswered for days. Repeated emails were required to arrange for shuttle service from Roma Termini station and to the airport, however, eventually, a response was received and all arranged to our satisfaction
