  : Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from Vatican city. Room was nice but smal. At 8am there was an unexpected knock at our door with the staff bringing breakfast to the room. Staff is nice and with the help of.google translate we were able to sort everything out
  : Humidity was an issue in the room. Also one of the doorbell buttons at the street rings in the hallway in front of the guestrooms

  : Good location near Vatican. Close to the metro.
  : Receptionist speaks only Italian. He was full of good will, but for a property listed on Booking, with mainly international guests, they should hire somebody with at least basic English skills. If you are looking for a rich breakfast, forget it, it’s every day the same thing: croissant + a juice + a tea. The ‘normal’ Italian breakfast....

  : We were asked to pay in cash because of a problem and it was annoying. The breakfast was weak.

  : The bed was comfortable. Thee staff were very nice. The breakfast was good with it either being in the room or a voucher for a local cafe. The area was good, close to Vatican city and to train station.
  : The room was right next to reception, could hear everything. Shower head holder wasn't fixed in properly, so it either sprayed water everywhere and flooded the bathroom, or you had to hold it. Not enough pillows were provided and the extra ones in the cupboard didn't have covers on the even after we asked for some extra ones. Only one small towel each was provided, however we were supplied with more after asking. Only one wall plug was able to be used in the whole room, the rest were small plugs unable to be used by our plugs, only the hotel lamp and fan. The bathroom sink broke one night, the plug got stuck in it, it was fixed by reception the next day though. The TV remote didn't work.

  : It's just 5 mins walk to the Vatican . Easy access to metro , bus and trams . Room was cleaned daily and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to shops and food for lunch / dinner around the area.1 hr to either airports during off peak hours .Provided basic toiletries , fresh towels and iron if required . Clean bathrooms .
  : There was no access to WiFi which was very difficult to manage after getting back to the room.There was no English channels to watch on TV as well when there is no WiFi.

  : Just the reception guy was helpful but He doesn’t know anything.He act like first day of work and don’t have any information.
  : Everything was bad very bad.We did our reservation in December and the room was extremely cold and toilet is next to reception you feel very uncomfortable and also the reception guy doesn’t know anything even he can say that you have to say to me your reservation is including breakfast and I think it’s so stupid because he have to know everything.

  : The area.The breakfast in our room.How kind and willing to help Valentino and Victoria were.
  : The mattresses were far from comfortable and we didn't have hot water all the time while showering.Lastly, the response to my emails wasn't as fast as I was expecting.

  : The location is perfect. The room is beautiful, spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.
  : The WiFi connection doesn’t work. The bathroom doesn’t have enough light, and the shower water goes all out over-flooding the bathroom. They missed to clean the room after the first night and we had to tell them. They provide very little shower gel. The light of the hallway doesn’t turn on.
