  : location and silence. very close from coliseo, taxi rank and carrefour market for food. there is an (expensive) wineshop next door. indoor apartment so no noise at all, that was nice. very bright. flat has a lift, very handy too.staff was pleasant and very arranging. thank you.
  : furniture in the apartment is quite worn out(bed frame wiggles around, bedside lamp is cracked, roof lampshade in the bedroom is falling on its side and missing bulbs, kitchen table needs replacing urgently (holes all over the table), loo seat is loose and needs attention, curtain bar fell on us 1st night..) these are all cheap ikea piece of furniture and can be replaced/maintained/changed for practically no cost.kitchen utensils are from another age and also need replacing with a new kit (pans are all scraped and need to be thrown away, only 2 water glasses and 2 beer glasses. no wine glasses available…. no bread toaster, only soup plates or mini ones to have diner… definitely not enough for an apartment of that price advertised with kitchenette.bedlinen: sheets and pillowcases were clean but the bedspread needs a good wash too (stained).a/c - main heating: same again, lack of maintenance, filter was absolutely clogged, we cleaned it not to breathe filthy air in.. (see photo). overall, real shame as all this could be fixed very easily and cheaply and transform the place in a great stay.
