  : Best thing about this apartment is the location. Very well located in the center of Rome and very close to Trastevere area which is really nice. There are some cutlery, plates, cups, for the basic needs. TV is a smart tv so it is nice because you can cast from your phone if needed. Jacuzzi was the first thing that attracted us to this apartment and its quite enjoyable. The host is nice and we had no issue communicating or reaching out to him.
  : It is noisy, whether it is the street below or neighbors above, you can hear a lot of noises. There are no other shower besides the jacuzzi but this we know from the pictures, however, it is not very practical for a proper shower and toiletries are ok.

  : Great location, lots of space but somewhat of a confusing layout. Difficult to figure out light switches and shower operation. Meeds to have a representative available to meet when arriving to advise on kitchen operations and light switches. More cutlery and kitchen equipment required for real cooking such as cutting board, more than one dish towel, lighting over the kitchen table, pepper and basic spices, olive oil and vinegar. Most rentals that we have had over the past few years provide these items. also a map of downtown Rome with the site on it would have been helpful and some personal restaurant and grocery shopping recommendations would have been helpful.

  : Excellent location. Minutes from Compo de Fiori. Large with modern kitchen excellent lighting , and good WiFi.
  : Check in confusing because it was all done remotely. Never saw an actual person . Had to keep calling and messaging to get things straightened out. There was no hot water in the kitchen and water pressure was weak. Two burners on the cook top would not stay lit. There were no serving bowls. Hand shower had a bad leak. Large window in hallway, but no window in bedroom and no pleasing view anywhere. Apartment was very cold until a manager came while we were out and left air conditioner controls so that we could get some heat . Biggest problem was not actually seeing and talking to an actual person. Ive dealt with Vikey automatic entry before, but rep was available by phone. This time it was all messaging which took a lot of time and explanation . Problems eventually solved, except kitchen problems, but it would have been more pleasant and faster if we could have met an actual person. Management needs to be more responsive and have people on site to welcome guests.

  : The location is excellent, very quiet and the rooms very spacious. It is generally very clean and tidy. It has lift access and good security. The owner is a lovely lady and makes personal contact by phone and text. She is very obliging and I'm sorry we never got the opportunity to meet. Also met the cleaners who were very helpful. The bed linen was lovely and clean. The duvets were in a cupboard and are showing some age. This is great accommodation for central Rome and we would definitely be happy to stay here again but the bathrooms need some maintenance work carried out as per my following comments.
  : The shower in the main bathroom was probably the worst we've ever used - needs some serious maintenance on it. The bath in the other room also doesn't work (neither taps nor spa workings). The plug area is rusty and the inlet/outlet holes are horribly discoloured. You have to use the hand held shower hose to wash yourself - this actually works but you do tend to get water oversplashes everywhere. Kitchen water only ran cold - although we ran the tap for some time we were unable to get any hot water to rinse dishes. I hope these comments can be viewed constructively because this house is a fabulous option for reasonabel central Rome accommodations.
