  : I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience with Dimora Frattina. Firstly, I was taken aback by the sheer rudeness of the staff. I had read that Italians are known for their warmth and hospitality, but the staff here proved otherwise. Every simple request was met with an eye roll, and questions were often answered with curt, short responses. But that wasn't the worst of it. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, in the room was shocking. The sheets seemed unwashed with noticeable stains, the bathroom had mold spots, and there was a distinct musty odor permeating the room. To top it all off, I realized upon returning home that I had left behind a cherished item in my room. When I called the hotel to inquire, they curtly informed me that nothing had been found. Given the overall lack of integrity I experienced, I can't help but suspect that it might have been taken by someone. It saddens me to say that while Rome itself was an enchanting experience, my stay at Dimora Frattina significantly marred the trip. Travelers, be cautious.
