  : The location is superb. Just a short walk through a beautiful park to the colosseum and old city. Just inside the park gates there is a little kiosk bar where you can sit and have a drink under the trees away from the madding crowds.
  : The stay could be improved with a self check in system. We had time to kill with our bags while waiting for our turn with the check in guy who looks after multiple properties. He communicated well however. Internet often slow. The dishwasher was out of action and there were no tea towels, which is funny when there is a note that you will be charged an extra fee if you leave dirty dishes.

  : The flat was very nice but the way a big problem for us was dealt with by the letting agents was a huge disappointment. I post details here so you can make up your own mind. We need Wifi to stay in touch with work and it stopped working on the first day. We contacted the agent Clean BnB by email who asked if we had reset it etc. which we told them we had. Then nothing further from them. I chased them all the next day and they finally told me someone would call round with a temporary router (Hooray!). Unfortunately the agent arrived, plugged it in and left. When we got back it would not work - dead as a doornail. The lady who left it messaged us to say it was dead when she left it but thought it needed charging? So back we went to Clean BnB, Their response? "Ciao Linda, we don't have anew one, we're sorry. So please write on booking.com for a refund request.". I went back to them yet again to explain why this did not help and they agreed to send an "technician" on day 3 to fix the system (hooray!). This person came but "unfortunately the technician said that it is not possible to solve the issue. We are tryn' to figure it out in another way talking to the landlord. We'll keep you posted." I chased yet again the next day to find out what the Landlord had said by the usual email contact method and they told me they had sent a message via booking.com messenger saying I had to rent wifi myself (which they would "refund", apparently - though given their performance I doubt this) and that they would do nothing more to help. Perhaps most surprising is that, when I told them I thought I had received very poor service from them they were shocked and indignant insisting they had done all they could. Why could they not have rented a replacement on day 1 and brought it for us? Why could the issue not have been fixed quickly via the Landlord as a new system will be needed for the next guests anyway.
  : The flat was nice - the shower did leak but that was not a big issue for us at all. Location great and the place was warm. If the above issue had not happened it would have been a good stay.

  : Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need.Located in walking distance to the Colleseum and local supermarket.
  : The shower screen leaked at the bottom so I had to mop the floor after every shower.
