  : The building is very old , and has not been maintained since years. Common areas need upgrade

  : The apartment is quite nice, well decorated and well equipped kitchen, The wifi runs smoothly and has good heating sistem. Also the host is quite helpful if you need any and there is a TV with netflix. There are a few restaurants near by and also a supermarket
  : One of the bathrooms was a mayor dissapointment, as the place has really good reviews. It flooded everywhere if you took a shower, which is really anoying. Also the hot water was frankly warm at best some days. The only reason I give it a 9 and not an 8 is because the rest of the apartment was really nice, and this may be an easy fix.

  : The place is missing basic stuff , it's neither a hotel nor an Airbnb apartment .. it was roomy and clean but lots of basic amenities were missing

  : location was very good. we were 10 min apart from colosseum and we had a lot of restaurants and mini markets on our street. also the apartment is very spacious and has all the facilities you need
  : we personally didnt like the fact that it was a bit dirty and the big bathroom smelt pretty bad

  : The apartment location is good and the spacious.
  : -The person who did the check-in is a bit rude. I already told him beforehand about the train estimated arrival time but the train delayed 20 min and at 6PM when we were still busy figuring out taking the metro he called and said "I don't have whole day to wait for you, I have other check-in to handle, hurry!" . -The other thing to be noted is that the smell coming from the sewage of the old building is very unpleasant, entering the bathroom was always annoying. And the exhausted fan which tried to get rid of the smell didn't work just but just add noise during your sleep because it can't be turned off manually - The key is hard and tricky to open the entry door for the complex

  : The shower in the suite is not working, you cant take a shower with that very poor little water. The second shower does not heat properly. Less than one minute the water will run cold and you need to wait for that to heat again in the cold. Horrible. Electricity gone off twice and the owner and the staff werent helpful at all. When you have no electricity and you have your plans for the day you expect a minimum of interest of resolving your problem. Instead, after contacting the person (Umar) all I hear is that I have spent too much electricity and the owner is not in town. After claiming some neighbour help, he found out the building had a problem with electricity and re-started the building electricity and he (neighbour) sorted our problem. The front door (gate) and the front door of the apartment are very difficult to open. Specially the gate door, its worth mentioning because its something to think about, if eventually you break the key or dont manage to open, I dont think you can get any help of anyone in this place.No carpet in the bathroom, not even toilet paper for bathrooms for your first hours in the apartment. No tablecloth, even a plastic one. The wood table is sticky.
